30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change. 

Resident Referral Bonus

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:


    - Administrative Processing Fee: $4

    - Valet Living: $28

    - Amenity Fee: $5

    - Pest Control: $6

    - Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent

    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account

    - Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet

    - Reserved Parking: $125 per space

    - Debit Card Payments will incur a service fee ranging from $3.95 to $9.95 per transaction

    - Credit Card Payments will incur a service fee of 2.95% per transaction

  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2's to confirm income requirements.   • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marq Music Row as your new home!

    Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include:

    - Electronically signing your lease
    - Setting up your resident portal account
    - Paying move-in fees and deposits
    - Sending our team confirmation of your utility accounts and renters' insurance
    - Setting up your move-in appointment.

    We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move as smooth and easy as possible.

  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Marq Music Row!

    Before your move-in date, we will ensure that all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. We will then set up a move-in appointment.

    On your move-in date, we will provide you with a move-in packet containing need-to-know information. Additionally, we will hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question! Residents may park in our parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis in any unreserved spaces. We also offer reserved parking spots for $125 per month. Guests may park in designated spots in our front drive before the gate in our garage.

  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    We are pleased to announce that we have Luxer Package lockers with 24/7 access! All packages will be delivered and stored in this room. Each resident will require a unique code to enter the package room and retrieve their items.

  • What school district is Marq Music Row in?

    Students at our community attend Metro Nashville Public schools. Depending on their grade level, students will go to Jones Elementary School, John Early Middle School, or Pearl-Cohn High School.
